Tottenham star facing disciplinary action over alleged nitrous oxide use
Tottenham Hotspur could discipline Yves Bissouma for a third time in a year and a half after yet another misdemeanour.
The Mali international has, for the second time in his Spurs career, allegedly been filmed using a nitrous oxide balloon.

A club spokesman told PA: “We are looking into the events and it will be dealt with as an internal matter.”
Previously, Bissouma was handed a one-game ban by his own club at the start of last season, causing him to miss the 1-1 draw with Leicester City.
That came after the player had posted on his own social media a video of him using the same substance.
Footage emerged hours after a pre-season friendly with Bayern Munich.
After the incident, Bissouma said: “I want to apologise for these videos.
“This was a severe lack of judgment. I understand how serious this is and the health risks involved.
“I also take my responsibilities as a footballer and a role model very seriously.”
Nitrous oxide was made a Class C drug in 2023 as part of the UK government’s anti-social behaviour action plan and possession of it for recreational use is an offence.
Bissouma did go on to play a key role in Tottenham’s Europa League final win at the end of the campaign.
He won four tackles, made two interceptions, and six clearances, as well as blocking a shot as he put it all on the line to win the first major trophy of his career.

However, he was then exiled by Tottenham for a second time at the start of the current campaign.
New boss Thomas Frank, who replaced Ange Postecoglou after their Bilbao triumph, left him out of their UEFA Super Cup defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
Spurs lost on penalties in Udine after losing a two-goal lead in the final minutes of normal time.
And they were unable to call on Bissouma who had been late for training on ‘several’ occasions in pre-season.
Frank said: “Bissouma has not travelled with the team because of disciplinary reasons. He has been late several times and the latest time was one too many.
“With everything you need to give your players a lot of love but also have demands and there also need to be consequences and this time there was a consequence for that.

“For me there has been, how can I say it, a consequence for this trip and then I will follow up when I come home.
“I will park it now because there is a relatively important game for tomorrow.”
Bissouma’s season has been further interrupted by a string of injuries including one on international duty with Mali.
