Stefon Diggs’ former chef testifies to sexual relationship with NFL star

Stefon Diggs’ former chef hit the stands on Monday, May 4, to share how their working relationship began.

Jamila Adams alleged that Diggs choked and slapped her in his home while they were disputing her salary.Adams shared that he contacted her about four-and a-half years ago about her cooking services, and then she began cooking for him for $2,000 weekly in July 2025, per TMZ. She would then leave Diggs’ house in December 2025 following the alleged incident.

“It started out as friends. … Became sexual, and we would meet up, hang out, and we decided I will come work for him in February of 2025,” Adams said while on the stand, per Law&Crime.

Adams said that her focus was to help him get ready for his “comeback year” in the NFL.

However, things got complicated when a friend of Diggs’ child’s mother alleged that Adams was spreading rumors about the athlete having a sexual relationship with one of his female staffers, Lindsay. Diggs allegedly confronted Adams about the rumor, and Lindsey also allegedly did not like the fact that Adams was working in the house. The former chef claimed that she did not know what Lindsay’s duties were, but that she works for him and Diggs pays her rent. Adams claimed that she was then forbidden from traveling with the NFL star due to the alleged gossiping.

Stefon Diggs’ former chef, who accused him of assault and felony strangulation, says under oath that they had a sexual relationship after becoming friends, and that he later hired her as his chef.

Adams said she was disappointed that she was not able to got to Miami with the NFL star as she made plans with Diggs’ girlfriend, Cardi B. The former chef got into an argument with Diggs and she says that “she wet herself and was bleeding from her menstrual cycle.”

After the argument, she packed up her belongings and left to New York City with another female staffer who worked with Diggs. She left him his birthday presents but says she did not tell the the woman who accompanied her on the trip about the argument as Adams claimed that she also had a sexual relationship with the NFL star.

Diggs is currently facing felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges for the alleged incident. He has plead not guilty to the charges.
