Red Sox mascot Wally celebrating USA 250 at All-Star Game in outfit Noah Kahan would love

The MLB All-Star Game is more than just a celebration of the best players in the game. It is also a time for players to relax and enjoy playing a game. This year, the All-Star game also celebrated 250 years of the United States. Players had patches on their jerseys, while others, such as Ben Rice, celebrated with a skit featuring Ben Franklin.

The players were not the only ones celebrating USA 250 at the All-Star game. The mascots also got in on the fun, including Boston Red Sox mascot Wally.

Wally showed up dressed as Paul Revere. Revere was an obvious choice for Wally. Not only is he known for his famous ride at the start of the American Revolution, as well as a song by Noah Kahan, Revere was also from Boston.

He was not the only MLB mascot who got in on the fun. Mr. Met of the New York Mets walked the red carpet, showing off Mrs. Met and wearing a shirt that said confessed his love for his fellow mascot. Mr. Met would also get into a scuffle with the Phillie Phanatic and be booed by Phillies fans.

Meanwhile, the Washington Nationals racing presidents put on a show.

George Washington took the early lead over Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson. Teddy Roosevelt, the continual punching bag for the racing presidents, was well behind. Then, the Phillie Phanatic stepped in. He came out on a four-wheeler, had Teddy hop on the back, and won the race.

While the mascots had fun at the game, the American League took a 4-0 victory, as Cody Bellinger was named the All-Star Game MVP.
