Monster Alabama OT visited Browns as NFL Draft nears

The Cleveland Browns own two picks in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Speculation is growing that the front office is potentially planning on using the No. 6 overall pick on an offensive lineman. With rumors swirling, reports indicate the club had brought in a former Alabama Crimson Tide offensive tackle in for a visit.

Kadyn Proctor, who is about 6-foot-7 and nearly 360 lbs, visited with Cleveland on Thursday, according to NFL Insider Jordan Schultz. Proctor is considered one of the top offensive lineman prospects entering the draft this season, after having an impactful 2025-26 campaign with Alabama.

Proctor, who turns 21 in June, declared for the NFL Draft early after playing at Alabama for three seasons. He was an immediate starter in 2023 as a true freshman, playing 40 total games before deciding to go pro. Kadyn Proctor is a standout prospect at left tackle, considering most of the OT talent in this year’s class is on the right side.

The Browns have been pegged as a team looking to address the offensive line in this year’s draft. With nine total selections, two of them in the first round, and four being top 70 picks, the front office has plenty to work with in terms of finding talent for the roster.

Anything can happen, though, as rumors also suggest the Browns are open to trading the No. 6 overall pick for a haul. Whatever the plan is, everything will be revealed when the first round of the NFL Draft begins on Thursday, April 23.
