Grizzlies’ Brandon Clarke arrested in Arkansas for unknown charges

Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke has been ruled out for the 2025-26 season after sustaining a calf strain back in December 2025. While he’s been dealing with that injury, it appears Clarke is in trouble after being arrested in the state of Arkansas.

Reports indicate that Clarke, who is 29 years old, was arrested in Arkansas on April 1 with unknown charges, according to Lucas Finton and Damichael Cole of the Commercial Appeal. More details are bound to be released at a later time.

“Memphis Grizzlies player Brandon Clarke has been arrested and booked in Cross County, Arkansas, records from the Cross County Sheriff’s Office show. Records show Clarke was booked on April 1, just after 1 p.m. It was not clear what charges Clarke was being detained on at the time of publication, with the booking profile saying Clarke was being held on a ‘CID hold.'”
