Sunderland – It’s a massive away day on Sunday with the Tyneside Derby and the Studs Up Podcast have picked out Sunderland to get the better of Newcastle at St James’ Park.

It’s a great shout too after Newcastle’s tough Wednesday evening’s clash at Camp Nou where they lost 7-2 (8-3 on aggregate).

Sunderland come into this clash fresher and without a big defeat behind them, so the momentum could and should be in their favour.

Tottenham – Fresh off their win against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night, Spurs are being backed to also keep their momentum going.

Igor Tudor’s first win was a hard fought 3-2 victory, even if it meant they still lost 5-7 on aggregate.

That could push them to perform better with newfound confidences after some impressive performances all round.

They take on relegation contenders Nottingham Forest and it’s a six-pointer as a result.

Spurs might also have an upper hand as Forest are busy on Thursday evening facing Midtjylland which is a tough away day to quickly return on Sunday from, especially with the relegation battle looming.

Arsenal – The Gunners are being picked to win the EFL Cup Final on Sunday evening at Wembley Stadium over Man City.

They’re a great price to do so too, which make them a decent addition to Sunday’s acca.

Arsenal are still favourites but at 5/4 on talkSPORT BET they add a huge boost to the odds.

The Gunners haven’t faced City since September where they drew 1-1 at the Emirates.

And it won’t be long until they clash again in the reverse fixture at the Etihad in April, in what could be another decider for silverware, like this final.
