Why Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce are sparking wedding buzz with London trip

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might have used part of their London getaway for some wedding prep.

The couple will reportedly get married over the summer in New York, and while the pair were overseas its possible that they are getting some details about their big day sorted out. According to the U.S. Sun, the pair were over in London taking meetings at The Chiltern Firehouse, which is known for hosting premier celeb events. The outlet reports that Kelce and Swift took a meeting with the venue’s owner, US hotelier Andre Balazs, “to discuss their VIP soiree for 120 guests.”

Last year, the venue had structural damage following a pizza oven at the hotel, which has since been closed to the public. However, the Chiltern Firehouse is open for one-off events.

The source told the outlet that, “London holds a huge place in Taylor’s heart and she has so many British friends who she wants to celebrate with.

“Travis and Taylor partied at the Chiltern two years ago following her Eras tour dates at Wembley, and it is a special place for her.”

Kelce surprised Swift’s fans in London when he appeared on stage during the Eras Tour.

The couple allegedly was looking at the personalized menu cocktails and wine.

The wedding guests are in for a show the outlet reports as “they’re looking at entertainment options but Taylor obviously has lots of talented friends in the music industry so it’s likely some could end up performing.”

Entertainment for the wedding couldn’t be easier for Kelce and Swift as several celebrities have already offered their services. Foreigner and Kaskade have put their hat in the ring to perform at the wedding and Swift shared that hr close friend Ed Sheeran will most likely perform.

“It would be hard to keep him from it, I think,” Swift said with a smile during her U.K.’s Hits Radio Breakfast Show appearance on Oct. 3.

“He’s like, ‘I’m always being asked to sing at weddings,’” Swift said jokingly. “It’s like, Ed, if there’s a stage you know that you’ll be on it. He knows what people want and he wants to give people what they want. That’s the fun thing about our friendship is we both love performing we love writing and we love singing. So, it’s like we’re like, ‘Oh, don’t make me sing! All right!’”

While it’s not confirmed who will be getting up to perform, Swift described she and Kelce as “live music kind of people” and most likely will have some kind of live performance on their special day.
