WHL-champion Everett wins Memorial Cup opener
Right wing Jesse Heslop scored a goal, and the Everett Silvertips, after winning the Western Hockey League championship, defeated the Chicoutimi Sagueneens 5-3 in Kelowna, British Columbia on Saturday night in the Memorial Cup opener for both teams.
