The 2026 NFL Draft could go in a number of different directions with the No. 4 pick on Thursday night. A year after taking Cam Ward with the top pick, the Tennessee Titans are on the clock at No. 4 — once again picking in the top five while facing another rebuilding year.

While it’s a near certainty the Las Vegas Raiders select Indiana quarterback Francisco Mendoza with the top pick in 2026, the No. 2 pick for the New York Jets is still up for debate, as is the Arizona Cardinals’ No. 3 overall selection before Tennessee picks at No. 4.

Could the Titans give Ward, its young franchise quarterback, an elite weapon? Or might Tennessee go another route with new head coach Robert Salah’s defensive background?

The clear frontrunner in FanDuel Sportsbook’s 2026 NFL Draft No. 4 overall pick market is Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love (+100). In a draft lacking clear superstar talents, Love’s big-play ability stands out. SB Nation’s latest NFL mock draft from James Dator has the Titans selecting Love with the fourth pick. With the franchise previously drafting backfield standouts like Derrick Henry, Chris Johnson and Eddie George, it’s easy for Tennessee fans to believe Love might be the Titans’ next superstar running back.

There’s also the possibility another team covets Love (or another prospect) at No. 4 and offers Tennessee a trade. Since the Titans are still rebuilding it would make sense for the franchise to stockpile more draft picks if they can trade down and get a haul.

If Love isn’t selected at No. 4, Tennessee could turn to the defensive side of the ball to appease Salah. The current favorite for the No. 3 pick in FanDuel Sportsbook at +120 odds, Texas Tech EDGE David Bailey (+600) also has a strong market at No. 4 if he falls.

There’s also growing buzz surrounding Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles (+650) and Tennessee at No. 4. Titans General Manager Mike Borgonzi paid Styles plenty of compliments during a recent press conference. Styles elevated from +800 odds and fourth place in the No. 4 pick market to the clear third option in the last few days.

The Ohio State duo of wide receiver Carnell Tate and linebacker Arvell Reese (both +800) are next in the No. 4 pick market. While Reese is heavily favored by FanDuel Sportsbook to be the No. 2 pick (-190), Tate makes sense if Tennessee wants a young No. 1 receiver to pair with Ward.
