Brentford and Wolves meet in West London on Monday night and the Premier League duo should deliver an entertaining contest.

The Bees continue to push for European qualification and there isn’t much possibility of Keith Andrews’ men sitting back on home turf.

Wolves have shown plenty of spirit in recent weeks and Rob Edwards’ men have scored six goals in their last three top-flight games, against Arsenal, Aston Villa and Liverpool.

Brentford have seen seven of their 14 home Premier League games go over 3.5 goals and the Bees have found the net 24 times on their own patch.

That’s an impressive effort from the Premier League’s bottom club and backing over 3.5 goals rates a cracking play in west London.

There is a key relegation battle in Serie A this evening when Cremonese host Fiorentina and the home side could leave La Viola blue.

It’s been a remarkable fall for Fiorentina, who finished sixth in the Italian top-flight last term, but who have won only two of 14 away league matches this season and are deep in trouble.

Cremonese have lost only five of their 13 home Serie A matches and they may resist the visitors, who had midweek European commitments.

Levante have taken only four points from their last six La Liga matches and that’s a run which has dragged the Frogs into a relegation battle.

Rayo Vallecano have lost only two of their 17 matches at fortress Campo de Futbol de Vallecas and therefore rate as home bankers here.

Portsmouth can boost their Championship survival hopes by sailing to victory against Derby. The Rams have lost three second-tier away games on the bounce and John Eustace’s men had only one shot on target at Millwall last time out.
