talkSPORT announces bet365 as headline bookmaker partner for the World Cup

talkSPORT can today announce bet365 as its headline bookmaker partner for the station’s comprehensive coverage of the FIFA World Cup, bringing together two of the UK’s most recognised sports brands for football’s biggest tournament.

With the World Cup underway, the partnership marks the beginning of a high-profile collaboration designed to connect millions of football fans with every major talking point, match and moment throughout the tournament.

To celebrate  the partnership between bet365 and talkSPORT, bet365 sponsored the inaugural talkSPORT Padel World Cup, which took place on Tuesday, June 2^nd 2026, at Padium in Canary Wharf. 

Representing top nations from this summer’s tournament, a mixture of top talkSPORT names, Premier League winners and other huge figures across the media, rugby and padel space took part in a day-long competition that achieved over 2,200,000 views across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X.

The agreement itself incorporates a wide range activity including sponsorship of ‘Road to the Final’ – talksport’s pre-tournament preview show as well as bet365 featuring across live match broadcasts, dedicated World Cup shows, digital content, social channels and on-air promotions as talkSPORT delivers unrivalled coverage from the tournament.
