Seattle Seahawks v New England Patriots player props

  • Drake Maye under 219.5 passing yards @ 17/20
  • Sam Darnold over 6.5 rushing yards @ 4/5
  • Leonard Williams over 0.5 sacks @ 5/4

Seahawks can limit Maye through the air

This stellar Seattle defence will be looking to impose themselves on second-year quarterback Drake Maye as the New England playmaker prepares for the biggest game of his career.

Not since Ben Roethlisberger in February 2006 has a 23-year-old quarterback won a Super Bowl and Maye would edge that record as a younger winning QB, if he’s successful in California.

However, Maye has a formidable Seahawks defence ahead of him, who have averaged just 193.9 passing yards per game against them during this regular season.

With that in mind, and with Maye averaging 177.6 yards through the air during New England’s three play-off games on the way to the Super Bowl, the Pats playmaker throwing for less than 219.5 yards appeals.

Darnold can sneak his way past 6.5 yards

While Seattle quarterback Sam Darnold will undoubtedly do most of his damage with his throwing game, there’s value to be found in him rushing for over 6.5 yards in Super Bowl LX.

By no means known as one of the great rushing quarterbacks right now in the NFL, Darnold might only need one opportunity on one play to go for seven yards or more on the ground.

In Darnold’s two play-off games this season, he has rushed for nine yards, while in one play-off game for the Minnesota Vikings last term he ran for 19.

He’s already posted a 24-yard run for the Seahawks during the regular season and Darnold to go for over 6.5 rushing yards at Levi’s Stadium gets the thumbs up.

Williams to get to Maye

Sacked 15 times in three play-off games on the way to Super Bowl LX, Drake Maye has struggled to elude being caught.

The New England offensive line allowed Maye to be sacked 47 times during the regular season and that stat will be music to Leonard Williams’ ears.

Seattle’s defensive end already has a sack to his name in the play-offs against the San Francisco 49ers, while he has recorded seven in total this season.

Against this New England offensive line which has struggled to protect Maye, Williams to land a sack can’t be overlooked.
