‘Stretched thin’ Danhausen ‘uncurses’ Hurricanes after Stanley Cup Final Game 3 loss

Recently, it has become a trend to have WWE star Danhausen “curse” or “uncurse” sports teams like the New York Knicks, who haven’t lost since he dropped the spell, and now the Stanley Cup Final may be affected after the Carolina Hurricanes were “uncursed” before Game 4 against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Joshua Cummings had “negotiations” with Danhausen to “uncurse” the Hurricanes, who lost Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final after they were put under a spell by the “Very Nice, Very Evil” Superstar. Danhausen acknowledged that he might be “stretched thin” after “uncursing” so many sports teams, perhaps giving him an out if the Golden Knights win Game 4, but still tried.

“This is for the Carolina Hurricanes, brought to you in part by Danhausen. [We] need you to curse VGK (Vegas Golden Knights). Battle-damaged; just swept my opponent. Danhausen has a streak of that, if you will,” he said. “Alright, anyways, so this is gonna go back and forth apparently, [which is] good for Danhausen’s human money. Apparently, Vegas Golden Knights, you are ‘cursed.’

“Danhausen cannot guarantee [any success], he’s done a lot of ‘cursings’ lately, so who knows, it better work! His powers may be stretched thin,” he continued.

Luckily, he was paid in “human money,” so that might help push the “curse” through. Fans will have to wait until Game 4 goes down on Tuesday, June 9.

It was an exciting game, as Vegas held a 4-0 lead going into the third period. Somehow, Carolina was able to tie it up, and the game wouldn’t be decided until double overtime. Ultimately, the Golden Knights won, giving them a 2-1 lead in the series.
