Short-handed Caps place Lindgren, Leonard on IR
The Washington Capitals placed goaltender Charlie Lindgren and forward Ryan Leonard on injured reserve on Sunday night, before their game against the Columbus Blue Jackets, and recalled forward Bogdan Trineyev and goaltender Clay Stevenson from the AHL.
