Paul George, Anthony Davis won’t love DeMarcus Cousins’ teammate blind rankings

DeMarcus Cousins was put on the spot to rank his former teammates on a list that included Philadelphia 76ers veteran Paul George, Washington Wizards’ Anthony Davis, and Los Angeles Lakers All-Star LeBron James. Earlier this year, Cousins confessed to having fun at the 2016 Olympics off the court.

Cousins had a short stint with the Lakers alongside James, who tops his list, he said, per FanDuel TV’s Run It Back.

After LeBron, Cousins listed Golden State Warriors All-Star Stephen Curry, Houston Rockets’ Kevin Durant, Davis, and George, rounding out the list at the bottom.

Cousins played alongside Anthony Davis when he was traded from the Sacramento Kings to the New Orleans Pelicans in 2017. Then, he played alongside Curry during his 2018-19 season with the Warriors. Cousins joined Paul George and the LA Clippers in 2020-21.

While DeMarcus Cousins has ranked his best teammates, he surprised many when he revealed what he was doing when he wasn’t competing in the 2016 Olympics, alongside one of his teammates of Team USA, Hall of Fame forward Carmelo Anthony.

When Anthony tried to downplay the magnitude of the team’s partying, Cousins revealed it’s the most he’s ever had to drink, he said, per 7PM in Brooklyn.

“We was getting lit… We drank every single day,” Cousins said.

“We was responsibly drinking,” Anthony said.

“F*** no!… I’ve never drank that much in my life,” Cousins responded.

Rockets All-Star Kevin Durant, Warriors’ Draymond Green, and Jimmy Butler also competed alongside Cousins to win the gold medal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio.
