Patrick Dempsey is a Hitman with Alzheimer's in 'Memory of a Killer'
"Doesn't he seem a little off lately?" Fox has revealed the full official trailer for a new hitman thriller series title Memory of a Killer, set to launch on TV starting in January 2026. We're featuring this trailer for a TV show because it's yet another new series that's actually based on a movie. Inspired by the 2003 award-winning Belgian film De Zaak Alzheimer (also called The Memory of a Killer), Fox's Memory of a Killer series is a dramatic thriller about a hitman with early onset Alzheimer’s. This stars Patrick Dempsey as Angelo, Michael Imperioli, Odeya Rush, Richard Harmon, Daniel David Stewart, Peter Gadiot, and Gina Torres. Angelo lives a double life as an assassin and a family man – which all worked out well until he was hit with early onset Alzheimer's. Now his worlds are colliding, putting his family in danger. He must stop whoever's coming for his family by searching his past hits for clues, and the list is very long. He'll hunt down his mortal enemy while carrying out hits without giving away his diagnosis and still making it home in time to cook dinner. Memory of a Killer is a redemptive story about a man losing his memory but gaining a conscience. This seems extra mopey and melodramatic, but hopefully it's a bit better […]
