Packers’ Micah Parsons offers glimpse of rehab after surgery

It has been a tough season for Green Bay Packers defensive end Micah Parsons, to say the least. After a much-ballyhooed contract dispute with the Dallas Cowboys, Parsons found a new home in Green Bay, only to suffer a season-ending knee injury in Week 15.

He has been reduced to a spectator, as the Packers will tackle the Chicago Bears in the wild-card round on Saturday. Still, he was instrumental in the Packers earning a ticket to the playoffs for the third straight year.

The 26-year-old Parsons underwent surgery last week to repair his torn ACL. On Tuesday, he shared a glimpse of his recovery on his Instagram Story, as shared by The Athletic’s Matt Schneidman.

“We make the crazy look normal, huh?” said Parsons in another video posted by Schneidman.

Fans expressed their support for Parsons amid his rehabilitation.

“Long road to recovery, but he should be back for the start of the 2026 season!” said @Always_Solving.

“This man puts in work. He will be back next year, ready to go!” echoed @NotSoESPNx.

“Everyone roots for Micah Parsons. Great player and person! Let’s go!” added @WayneRemington.

“These guys better keep that man healthy,” wrote @RealPack3rfan.

“As a Bears fan, (that’s) good to see. Hoping for a full and healthy recovery,” posted @JockoWind.

The three-time All-Pro finished his first stint with the Packers with 41 total tackles, including 19 solo tackles and 12 tackles for loss, and two forced fumbles.

Parsons signed a four-year, $188 million contract with the Green and Gold after he was traded by the Cowboys, making him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.
