Nottingham Forest vs Spurs predictions

Forest previously lost six Premier League games in a row against Spurs but are now aiming for three wins on the bounce on Sunday at home.

Tottenham have yet to win any of their five away league games in the top-flight when conceding against Forest (D1 L4).

Only Wolves have failed to score in more different Premier League games than Nottingham Forest this season, nine and eight respectively.

But when they do find the back of the net, Forest are unbeaten in 11 league games, with as many as five draws in that run.

Muani gets up and running

Randal Kolo Muani has yet to score for Spurs in the Premier League, but has scored two and assisted two for them in the Champions League after just five appearances.

That form is bound to transfer over eventually and the powerful striker is likely going to get a couple of chances in this clash.

Nottingham Forest just faced European opposition themselves in the Europa League, winning 2-1 over Utrecht on Thursday evening.

Forest’s form is not too dissimilar to Tottenham’s last year where they were drifting around a relegation battle but not quite any further up in the table.

The goals keep coming

The Tricky Trees conceded 3 against Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium last weekend and look a little bit prone at the back if Tottenham can turn up the intensity in attack.

Tottenham have done well in their last couple of games beating Slavia Praha 3-0 and Brentford 2-0.

These results came after losing 5-3 to PSG, 2-1 to Fulham and drawing 2-2 with Newcastle.

That’s not to say they’ll win though and this looks like a game that could easily end all square.

It would be a rarity for Spurs to keep another clean sheet and as such betting both teams to score and a draw looks like value given the prices.

Head-to-head stats show things to be pretty even too, but no draws in their last six meetings in all competitions.

Forest did the double over Spurs last season after they got the double over Forest in the campaign before.

Similarly, these two receive plenty of bookings as both sides last game ended with an over 6.5 cards.
