NFL mock draft 2026: Cleveland Browns select KC Concepcion, WR, TAMU

Welcome back to another year of the SB Nation Community Mock Draft!

As we do every draft season, all 32 NFL sites at SB Nation come together to fill out an entire first-round mock draft leading up to the actual event that takes place from April 23-25. One by one, our site managers will make their picks and provide their reasoning behind the selection. From there, I will provide further analysis on top of giving a final opinion on the pick!

Without further ado, let’s keep things rolling!

With the 24th overall pick in the 2026 SB Nation Community Mock Draft, the Cleveland Browns select KC Concepcion, wide receiver, Texas A&M!

Pokorny’s analysis:

My analysis: Concepcion is the best separator in this class and that’s a heck of a useful option in the passing game for any quarterback. His speed off the line of scrimmage will threaten any cornerback to worry about getting beat deep and his suddenness to snap off routes in the short to intermediate areas only make him that much frustrating as a cover. He really forces defenders into tough spot, keeping them from ever being able to guess on a route or else he’s taking it to the house.

The Browns defense will always have a floor with the likes of Myles Garrett rushing the passer, but the offense could use some extra juice to pair with running back Quinshon Judkins, tight end Harold Fannin Jr., and fellow wideout Jerry Jeudy.
