New First Look Featurette for 'Primate' Pet Chimpanzee Horror Movie

This movie hits theaters in January in a few weeks from now. In Primate, a group of young friends' tropical vacation in Hawaii turns into a terrifying, primal tale of horror and survival. This film premiered at Fantastic Fest & Sitges and other genre fests this fall and it's very good - read my full review from Stiges. Home from college, Lucy reunites with family including pet chimp Ben. Ben contracts rabies during a pool party and turns aggressive. Lucy and friends barricade in the pool, devising ways to survive the vicious chimp. Starring Johnny Sequoyah, Jessica Alexander, and Troy Kotsur as the dad, with Victoria Wyant, Gia Hunter, Benjamin Cheng, Charlie Mann, & Tienne Simon. This is a legit promo for the movie - maybe better than the first trailer. One of the only good animal horror films.
