Marcus Rashford next club odds: Man Utd forward’s future up in the air
Marcus Rashford could still be set to leave Manchester United this summer after a difficult time at the club, but with Michael Carrick now in charge there could be a way back in for the English forward.
That said, his departure from Old Trafford has looked likely for some time, especially after his stint at Barcelona showed his ability was not to be questioned.

Rashford went out on loan to Aston Villa in 2025 for ten games before heading to Barcelona between 2025 and 2026 where he played 32 times and scored an impressive eight times.
Having soon settled into La Liga, it was soon confirmed that they would not be offering a new contract, instead he would be heading back to Old Trafford and now with new manager Carrick instead of Ruben Amorim.
Amorim and Rashford’s relationship was the main reason for his time at United to turn sour towards the end.
Rashford has been a Red Devil since the start of his professional career and was a home grown talent spending over 20 years at the club since his youth career started in 2005.
As such, it’s going to take a huge transfer to see him leave United.
At 28-years-old he won’t be as expensive as he once was but still holds a £40million valuation which was set by Man United in June.
Rashford looked destined to stay at Barcelona, but they have instead bought England teammate Anthony Gordon for £70million.
United are likely to want to sell as this would alleviate a £325,000 weekly salary off the payroll.

Tottenham have emerged as the most likely candidates to sign Rashford from the Premier League as they look to have a summer overhaul and reshuffle.
But given his time in La Liga last season he is favoured to go back to Spain.
At 2/1 though, nothing is set in stone and movements will likely come in for this transfer saga after the World Cup has finished.
