Logan Paul claims IShowSpeed ‘stabbed’ him in the back at WWE WrestleMania

In the opening match of WWE WrestleMania 42 Night One, fans witnessed Logan Paul and Austin Theory of The Vision team up with IShowSpeed to take down the trio of Jey and Jimmy Uso alongside LA Knight.

However, the finish of the match saw LA Knight keep Theory down for the three-count and secure the pinfall as IShowSpeed watched from the corner. Soon after, Paul turned his back on “Speed” and began a brutal attack on him. The streamer quickly flipped the battle and started his beatdown on Paul with help from Knight and The Usos. He then followed it up by performing a Frog Splash from the top rope onto Paul through the announcer’s table.

Hours after WrestleMania, on the latest episode of his ImPaulsive podcast, Paul opened up in detail about IShowSpeed turning his back on “The Maverick” at WrestleMania 42. “He used to be my guy. F**k, Speed. He put me through a table today. He turned the tables on my table. He stabbed me in the back, which is crazy because I taught him everything he knows about wrestling.”

However, as Paul’s co-host, Mike Majlak reminded Paul about him being the first one to drag “Speed” to the announcer’s table, the WWE Tag Team Champion said, “No. No. No, bro. You joined the WWE on my team, so pull your f**king weight. You have one job, and that is to be an asset to the team, not a liability.

“[Did you hurt him?] No. Opposite. Opposite. He hurt us. He ran into me, then he ran into Theory. Speed ran into me, then ran into Theory, so s**t we’re outnumbered, and then Austin got pinned. He cost us the match. We f**king lost because of Speed, so I punched him in the face.”

However, later recalling the events, Paul admitted his mistake. “I guess I did forget about the punch. I punched him hard as f**k. I’m not going to lie, it was one of my cleanest punches. I f**king smoked him. Now that I’m talking about it, I think I am in the wrong here. I’ll take accountability.”
