Knicks fans break out NSFW Reggie Miller chant in NBA Finals Game 1

The New York Knicks notched their 12th straight win after upsetting the San Antonio Spurs, 105-95, in Game 1 of the NBA Finals at Frost Bank Center on Wednesday.

The Knicks closed it out with an 11-0 run in the last two minutes, led by Jalen Brunson, who looked invincible in crunch time. OG Anunoby, meanwhile, sank crucial free throws to finish off the Spurs.

The Knicks have now won seven consecutive games on the road.

Back in New York, fans outside Madison Square Garden were delirious. They roasted a guy wearing a jersey of Victor Wembanyama. For some reason, they also broke out a familiar chant for Reggie Miller.

They were probably reacting to Miller’s comment before the NBA Finals that fans of the Knicks can be a head-scratcher because of their shenanigans.

Miller had an iconic rivalry with the Knicks when he starred for the Indiana Pacers, especially in the playoffs. Until now, he is still considered the ultimate villain in New York.

Surprisingly, the Hall of Famer said the Knicks are favored to win against the Spurs.
