Is Timberwolves’ Anthony Edwards on injury report for Game 6 vs. Spurs with season on line?

The Minnesota Timberwolves have found themselves in a win-or-go-home situation in Game 6, as they’re currently down 3-2 to the San Antonio Spurs. One thing that the Timberwolves have shown this postseason is that they’re resilient, and there’s no doubt that they’re going to give it their all to try and force a Game 7.

Anthony Edwards will have to be the one who sets the tone, and he’s been doing that throughout the series, despite being injured. The Timberwolves’ star had been on the injury report as he dealt with a bone bruise, but he hasn’t looked like anything is slowing him down over the past few games.

If the Timberwolves want to extend the series, they’re going to need him.

Edwards is not listed on the injury report before Game 6, which is good news for the Timberwolves. The better news is that the Timberwolves got a two-day break, which means players had a little more time to rest.

Game 6 will possibly be the most important game for the Timberwolves so far this postseason, and they don’t seem to be worried about much, even after they lost Game 5.

“Yeah, I don’t see nobody in the locker room that’s too worried,” Edwards said. “At the end of the day man, it’s another basketball game. You come out, put your boots on, and get ready to go to war.”

Throughout the past two postseasons, the Timberwolves have been tested like no other team, and they’ve always seemed to answer the call. There’s a reason they’ve been to two straight Western Conference Finals, and they’re going to try to make it three in a row if they can get past the Spurs.

The Timberwolves could definitely use their experience against a Spurs team that hasn’t been in this position together before.
