Hurricanes hope Ehlers, Nikishin play in Round 2
Carolina coach Rod Brind'Amour is hopeful Hurricanes winger Nikolaj Ehlers and defenseman Alexander Nikishin will be ready for Round 2 of the Stanley Cup playoffs with extra time off to recover from injuries suffered in their sweep of the Ottawa Senators.
