Haley Cavinder reacts as twin Hanna launches new relationship with fiancé Jake Ferguson’s Cowboys teammate

Hanna Cavinder has seemingly hard launched her new relationship.

Cavinder is a former Miami Hurricanes star turned social media influencer who rose to prominence alongside her twin sister, Haley while in college.

The twins built a following while playing basketball for the Canes, but opted not to go pro or declare for the WNBA before shifting their focus to become social media influencers.

The siblings have a combined 2 million followers on Instagram and recently walked the runway together at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show during Miami Swim Week on May 30.

Hanna Cavinder hard launches new relationship with Cowboys’ Trevor Keegan

Hanna and former Miami QB turned Arizona Cardinals star Carson Beck were in a high-profile relationship while the latter was at Georgia, but reportedly broke up in April 2025 as Hanna remained quiet on Beck’s career.

Cavinder reportedly stayed single for a while but has now seemingly hard launched her new relationship with a Dallas Cowboys star.

In fact, he is a teammate of her twin sister Haley fiancé, Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson.

Her new beau is Dallas guard Trevor Keegan, who officially announced that he is dating Cavinder on his Instagram story recently.

“Signed a free agent,” he wrote in his caption.

Hanna also reshared the post on her account and added a heart to it.

And now, Haley has posted a video to TikTok playfully calling out her twin for getting into a new relationship a week before her own wedding with Ferguson.

“A week before my wedding and my twin decides it’s the perfect time to get a boyfriend. The audacity,” Haley wrote in the caption.

The video first showed Haley rolling her eyes before Hanna was shown from behind walking towards the valet entrance of a venue with Keegan.

The 25-year-old NFL star played college football for the Michigan Wolverines, winning three consecutive Big Ten Conference titles and a national championship in 2023.

Keegan originally played for the Philadelphia Eagles after being drafted in the fifth round (172nd overall pick) of the 2024 NFL draft.

However, last season he was waived by the team before being picked up NFC East rivals, the Dallas Cowboys.

He did not feature much last season for the Cowboys, though, playing only two games before being placed on the injured reserve due to a neck injury.

Haley Cavinder and Jake Ferguson are getting married later this month

As for Haley, she’s been dating Ferguson since 2023.

They got engaged in April 2025 and are set to marry on June 20, 2026 in a ceremony in Frisco, Texas, which is right in the Dallas-Fort Worth area near the Cowboys’ practice facility, The Star.

TE Ferguson was selected by the Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL draft and has made two Pro Bowls.

Ferguson recently shared some snippets of Cavinder’s time on the runway on Instagram.

He wrote, “OOOOOWEEE! Can’t believe I get to marry this woman. Less than a month. She killed it all weekend and couldn’t be more proud. I also got to meet some legends.”

Cavinder replied, saying, “I love you. let’s get marrrriedddd.”

Speaking about their relationship, to People, Cavinder said it feels “so easy and seamless”.

“Obviously, we’re each other’s best friends and support systems,” she said, adding that Ferguson has been “trained in the art of taking photos.”

He added, “Watching her succeed and do all the stuff that she does has been awesome.”
