Dodgers offering Lakers fans a chance to win big Shaq bobblehead at 6/20 game

The Los Angeles Dodgers are giving Lakers fans a chance to win something special, which honors one of their best players. The Dodgers are offering a Shaquille O’Neal bobblehead at an upcoming game, per the team.

The bobblehead will be available on June 20. That day, the Dodgers are playing the Baltimore Orioles. Los Angeles released an image of the bobblehead to social media, to tease the item’s release.

To win the bobblehead, fans have to show up to that game in Lakers gear, or any clothing that is related to Shaq. The Dodgers say there are a limited number of the bobbleheads.

O’Neal was a huge part of the Lakers championship runs in the early to mid 2000s. He was famous for his on-court chemistry with Kobe Bryant, although the two reportedly went through a strained relationship at the end of Shaq’s tenure in Los Angeles.

O’Neal is remembered as one of the greatest Lakers players of all-time, as well as one of the NBA’s best big men. He played for several franchises, including the Orlando Magic. After he left the Lakers, Shaq went to the Miami Heat where he won another championship.

Shaq finished his long NBA career with four championships. Three came during his time with the Lakers. He also was named the NBA Finals MVP three times.

O’Neal now works as a broadcaster for the NBA. He also has had a successful acting career, appearing in movies like Blue Chips and Steel.

This season, the Dodgers are one of the best teams in baseball. Los Angeles is first in the National League West. The two-time defending World Series champions have a 44-26 record.
