Chelsea suffer new team news leak hours after Liam Rosenior promised it ‘won’t happen again’
Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior might need to dial a local plumber.
Ahead of the Blues’ second leg against Paris Saint-Germain in their Champions League round of 16 showdown, team news has supposedly been leaked yet again.

According to French publication Onze Mondial, centre-back Wesley Fofana will begin Tuesday’s clash at Stamford Bridge on the bench.
It means there will be a slight re-shuffle given Fofana started the first leg against PSG, which ended in a 5-2 win for the Parisians.
With Reece James also sidelined due to a hamstring issue, Rosenior will be prompted into two changes from the starting line-up in Paris.
Leaky Liam
Rosenior will hope his choices for who replaces James and Fofana, should the latter be dropped, stay under wraps until the team sheets are published after his entire line-up leaked before the first leg.
News of Chelsea’s starting team emerged some eight hours before a ball was kicked in anger at the Parc des Princes, allowing Luis Enrique’s side valuable time to make any final tweaks to their game plan.
Whether Enrique used the leaks to alter any tactics remains unknown, but if he did, it certainly paid dividends as Chelsea must beat PSG by four goals if they are to progress to the quarter-finals.
What makes the potential leak of Fofana’s absence all the more galling for Rosenior is the fact he was adamant a certain scenario ‘won’t happen again’ during his pre-match press conference on Monday.
Rosenior vows to investigate ‘disappointing’ leaks
When asked if he had investigated the leak, Rosenior said: “I’ll be really honest, I haven’t even thought about that.
“It’s not the first time it’s happened, it won’t be the last time. I’m not talking in terms of me, I’m talking about any team or any club.
“I’m focused on winning the game. I was focused on the Newcastle game.

“These things happen. It’s disappointing but I’m sure it won’t happen again.
Should the Fofana leak prove true, Chelsea aren’t short of options at centre-back to replace him.
Tip of the Hato
Against Newcastle, the Blues had Jorrel Hato, Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoit Badiashile and Mamadou Sarr on the bench, all of whom are centre-backs.
According to the Onze Mondial, it appears Hato has received the nod to replace Fofana as they reported the Dutchman partnered Chalobah during training drills.
Another player who is facing a race against time to be declared fit is right-back Malo Gusto.
Speaking on Monday, Rosenior confirmed Gusto was ‘ill’ and he would ‘have a look at him’ for the second leg.

There could also be a change between the sticks, as Rosenior revealed goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen ‘felt something in his groin’ after the first leg.
Jorgensen was handed a starting berth against PSG but made a costly error for the home side’s third goal, which ultimately swung the momentum of the contest in their favour.
The Danish star was absent from Chelsea’s bench for the 1-0 loss to Newcastle last Saturday as Teddy Sharman-Lowe was named as the back-up to Robert Sanchez, who started the match against the Magpies.
