Charles Barkley hits Cavs with brutally honest take before Game 4

The Cleveland Cavaliers face elimination in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals, entering the contest down 0-3 in the series to the New York Knicks. With the franchise looking at an uphill battle to keep its playoff hopes alive, Charles Barkley doesn’t think the Cavs have a chance on Monday night.

During the “ESPN Tip-Off” pregame show, the Hall of Fame power forward emphatically claimed the Cavaliers will lose Game 4 to the Knicks. He doesn’t even think the players on the roster are even aware that they don’t have a chance.

“The Cavs are going home tonight,” proclaimed Barkley. “Deep down, they know they’re going to get their a** kicked tonight.”

The Cavaliers have lost each game of the series by double-digits so far. That’s one of the key reasons why Charles Barkley believes the Eastern Conference Finals is essentially over even before Game 4 gets started. Not to mention, no team in NBA history has ever come back from a 0-3 deficit in the playoffs. While there is still technically a chance for a comeback, the odds are looking grim for Cleveland.

New York has been on fire throughout the playoffs. Let alone the Eastern Conference Finals. The Knicks are on a 10-game winning streak dating back to their first-round series win over the Atlanta Hawks. The Cavs will have to not only end that win streak, but win four games straight to advance to The Finals.

This story is currently developing, and more information will be published soon.
