‘Bucks’ Air Jordan 12 coming September 2026

2026 continues with a huge year for Nike and Jordan Brand as they continue releasing some of their most iconic silhouettes from the numbered Air Jordan line. Most recently, fans saw the Air Jordan 4 return with the ‘Brick After Brick’ Nigel Sylvester release, building hype for retros in the coming months. Up next, we’ll see the classic Air Jordan 12 Retro donning an updated Milwaukee Bucks colorway for the first time.

The Air Jordan Retro numbered line has always been identified by its classic black/white/red color schemes to match the Chicago Bulls uniforms Michael Jordan wore during his playing days. However, sneakers like the “Raptors” Air Jordan 7 and the “Kings” Air Jordan 10 have become fan-favorites with their unique usage of other teams color schemes.

While these are just speculative mock-ups as to how the sneaker may look, it’s being reported that the upcoming Air Jordan 12 will don a white/green colorway to resemble another NBA franchise in the Milwaukee Bucks.

First reported by X user @zSneakerheadz, the “Bucks” colorway will feature a style code of White/Multi-Color, expected to see a predominantly white upper with hits of forest green and purple throughout. By the looks of speculative mock-ups, the upper will be done in white tumbled leather while the iconic leather mudguard should appear in forest green.

The outsoles are expected to match in forest green and some outlets are expecting a hit of purple along the Air Jordan branded streak across the mid-foot. While we’re still positive the final product will look like this, it’s a strong guess considering what Nike has done with the Jordan 12 in the past.

The Air Jordan 12 “Bucks” is expected to release September 16, 2026 for a standard retail tag of $220. The shoes will come in a full size run and will be made available via Nike platforms and select Air Jordan retailers. What are your thoughts on this upcoming retro drop?
