A's Kurtz exits after HBP, set for MRI on forearm
Athletics first baseman Nick Kurtz will undergo an MRI after leaving Wednesday night's game against the Red Sox because of a bruised forearm after being hit by a pitch. Manager Mark Kotsay said the X-ray results were inconclusive.
